Shipping & Delivery

We apologize for the limitation. Currently, we lack established distribution channels for certain regions. If your country is missing from the list, it means we cannot ship to your location at this time. We are actively seeking reliable logistics partners to expand our global reach.
Generally, orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days following confirmation. High-demand periods or holidays may cause slight delays. For urgent status updates, contact us at sbnasamti2653@gmail.com.
Standard Shipping: Usually 7–15 business days. Remote Locations: May require 15–20 business days. These are estimates — factors like customs clearance, peak seasons, or severe weather may affect the final delivery date.
Tracking delays occur when: (1) Information refreshes once the package hits a major logistics hub. (2) Customs processing temporarily stalls status updates. We recommend waiting 3–5 business days. If no movement after that, please contact our support team.
Check with neighbors or your local post office. Request a Proof of Delivery from the carrier. If still missing after 7 days, contact us with your order details. Note: We cannot investigate claims reported more than one month after the recorded delivery date.
Hub Routing: Packages often pass through regional sorting centers before reaching the final destination. DHL Shipments: For privacy reasons, DHL sometimes displays the address of their local service center instead of your home address — the package is still bound for your specified location.
To comply with weight restrictions, larger orders are often split into multiple parcels. You will receive all items at no extra cost. If remaining items don't arrive within one week of the first package, please contact support.

Returns & Refunds

Email our Customer Support Team with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos or videos of the product. We will provide step-by-step instructions from there.
No. We only process returns for orders placed directly through our website. Please contact the specific distributor to follow their return policy.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, the package returns to our warehouse. We will notify you, re-verify your address, and arrange a new delivery.
No. For security reasons, refunds must be sent to the original payment method. If you need the funds moved elsewhere, please contact your bank once the refund is processed.

Order Issues

If the order has already left our warehouse, we cannot intercept it. If it is still "Preparing for Shipment" or "In Stock," contact us immediately to cancel.
No. If the cancellation is successful, we provide a full refund with no hidden charges.
This is usually due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. While we refund the full amount in our base currency, your bank's conversion rate at the time of the refund may differ slightly from the original purchase rate.
When upgrading to DHL/FedEx: (1) You must pay the shipping price difference. (2) You are responsible for customs clearance and any associated import taxes, which are more likely with high-value express shipments.

Taxes & Customs

No. Your payment covers only the product and shipping. Import duties or clearance fees are determined by your local government and billed to you directly by customs upon arrival.
Customs policies vary by country. Most shipments clear without extra fees, but some countries may inspect and tax imports — statistics show this happens in less than 20% of cases. The customer is responsible for all customs fees. Keyboard Kingdom does not collect VAT or sales tax at checkout.
