Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All products are final sale upon purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including sale items. We accept order cancellation only before the product is shipped or produced. We typically ship within 1–3 business days. Once an order is confirmed canceled, we will notify you. Cancellation is not available after the product has been shipped. Refunds for canceled orders are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2. Refund Processing

Refunds may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and it has not appeared, please contact us.

3. Defects & Quality Issues

For quality defects or faulty products, we may offer a refund or replacement at our sole discretion after a full inspection and verification. Claims must be submitted with supporting evidence within the applicable warranty period.

4. Missing, Wrong, or Incorrect Items

Upon delivery, please verify the package is intact (no signs of tampering) and confirm the contents before signing. If you notice missing items, wrong items, or an incorrect shipment, contact us and follow our warranty process: Provide your order number. Send clear photos of the outer packaging (all shipping labels visible) and, if applicable, the item(s) received.

5. Remedies

If Keyboard Kingdom confirms the issue: For missing items, we will resend the missing item or accessory at no charge within the warranty period. For wrong items shipped, we reserve the right to issue a full refund, dispatch a replacement (if available), or both. Keyboard Kingdom will determine whether the incorrectly shipped item must be returned; you may be required to return it at your expense before a refund or replacement is issued.
